1. Who we are

Eminence Leasing is a trading name of Eminence Supercar Hire Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 12042557) with its registered office at 76 Short Acre Street, Walsall, WS2 8HW. Eminence Supercar Hire Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@eminencesupercarhire.co.uk or on 01922 277 060.

2. The data we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle preferences, monthly budget, preferred lease term, insurance preference, location and any notes you choose to add. If you contact us by phone or email we hold the details you share in that correspondence.

When you browse the site we collect limited technical data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address) through analytics cookies — but only if you consent via the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies, which do not track you, are used without consent as the site cannot function without them.

If you consent to marketing cookies we also collect data about how you reached the site and what you do here for advertising purposes — principally so we can measure which of our adverts lead to genuine enquiries, and avoid showing you adverts you have already seen. This uses Google Ads and involves sharing that data with Google. You can refuse this without refusing analytics, and you can change your mind at any time via the cookie settings, where withdrawing consent also deletes the cookies already set.

3. Why we process it, and our lawful bases

We use enquiry data to respond to you, assess whether we can arrange a suitable lease, and progress any arrangement you ask us to make. Our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics and advertising data are processed only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing. Where you consent to marketing cookies, advertising data is shared with Google so we can measure and target our own advertising — Google may also use that data for its own purposes as described in its privacy policy, and refusing marketing cookies prevents this.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is handled by service providers acting on our instructions under contract: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), content management (Sanity) and — with your consent — analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Where a lease progresses, we may share relevant details with finance, insurance or delivery partners involved in arranging your agreement; we will tell you who they are at the time. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation or court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, so we can deal with follow-up enquiries, then deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a lease, data forming part of the contractual record is kept for 6 years after the agreement ends, in line with statutory limitation periods. Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google for 14 months from your last visit, and for the periods set out in Google's own policies. Cookies set on your device are removed as soon as you withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where consent is our basis. To exercise any right, contact info@eminencesupercarhire.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies for core functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and marketing cookies to measure our advertising. Nothing other than the strictly necessary cookies is set until you consent. You can accept everything, reject everything non-essential, or choose category by category, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings icon — withdrawing consent also deletes the cookies already set. Rejecting cookies does not affect your use of the site.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page. The date below tells you when it was last revised.
