1. About us and these terms
This website is operated by Eminence Supercar Hire Ltd, trading as Eminence Leasing, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 12042557) with its registered office at 76 Short Acre Street, Walsall, WS2 8HW(“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. This website is not an offer
Everything on this website — including vehicles shown, monthly figures, inclusions and availability — is an invitation to enquire, not a contractual offer. No lease, reservation or other agreement exists between us until both parties have signed a separate written lease agreement. Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation, and places none on us.
3. Pricing and availability
Monthly figures shown include VAT, are indicative starting prices, are subject to change without notice, and depend on lease term, mileage, specification, insurance arrangements and status. The figures payable by you, including any initial rental and fees, will be set out in your written lease agreement before you sign. All leases are subject to eligibility and status checks and to vehicle availability. Fleet vehicles may be withdrawn, replaced or substituted at any time.
4. Vehicle information and imagery
Vehicle specifications, performance figures and inclusions are based on manufacturer data and are provided for guidance only. Individual vehicles may differ in specification, colour and condition from the imagery and details shown. Photography is illustrative and may show vehicles from our wider group fleet or manufacturer press imagery. Errors and omissions excepted: if we discover an error in a price or description you have enquired about, we will tell you before any agreement is signed.
5. Leasing agreements
All leases are subject to a separate written agreement between Eminence Supercar Hire Ltd and the client, which will set out the term, payments, mileage allowance, insurance requirements, condition standards, delivery and collection arrangements and all other contractual terms. A minimum term of six months applies unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. In the event of any conflict between this website and a signed lease agreement, the lease agreement prevails. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, tax or legal advice; you should take your own advice before entering into any lease.
6. Enquiries and eligibility
You confirm that any information you submit through the site is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a lease. We may decline any enquiry at our sole discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.
7. Testimonials
Reviews shown on this site are genuine reviews of Eminence Supercar Hire Ltd (Eminence Supercar Hire) published on Google by its customers, reproduced verbatim. They relate to our group's vehicle hire services and are provided as background to our business; they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome or service level under a lease.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, branding, design and imagery (except manufacturer marks, which belong to their respective owners) — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, scrape or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, including by submitting false enquiries, introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or using automated means to extract data. We may suspend or block access for misuse.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the website is provided “as is” and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses; we are not liable for loss of profit, business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website; and our total liability arising from your use of the website is limited to £100. This clause applies to the website only — liability under any lease is dealt with in the lease agreement itself.

Links to third-party sites (including our social media profiles and Google reviews) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site applies to that use.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
